Should I go?
who is jyu talks for?
jyu talks is for everyone and anyone who gives a damn about the world that we're living in.
Or not.
Maybe you're just questioning the world around us.
Maybe you're intrigued because you (along with hundreds of others) have no idea what to do with your life after you're out of school and think this could lead to something.
Maybe you just want to go for a good chat and perhaps a beer at Ilokivi.
Whatever it is, if you feel like talking about some real issues, please, come to the Opening on Monday 23.3 at 17.30 in Agora 1 and find your faculty's date to join in the conversation at Ilokivi from 18.00-20.00.
Oh yeah, and it's particularly for the students of the University of Jyväskylä - Although, we won't be checking cards;)
who is behind jyu talks?
jyu talks is presented by the Global Venture Lab.
The GVL is a university based business creation platform dedicated to problems worth solving. It was started right here at JYU, across the Atlantic with UCBerkeley (California), and down south with IIT Kharagpur (India).
The Launch of the GVL will be held on the 23rd at the 9th Annual V2C Forum. This "Venture-to-Capital" event is also open to the public so please, if you're interested in the startup scene and using your knowledge as capital - then you may be interested in what we're going to be talking about. Entrepreneurs, co-entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, government officials and faculty will be there. Check it out and at www.v2c.info
That's not all.. jyu talks is also in partnership with...
